Your Role

As a Geotechnical Engineer at Arthe, you will be at the heart of delivering cutting-edge consultancy services for high-level infrastructure and underground construction projects. From the very beginning of a project to its final execution, you will apply your expertise to solve complex geotechnical challenges and provide innovative solutions. Here are your key responsibilities:

• Draft and supervise site investigation programs, including soil testing, and geotechnical data analysis to evaluate ground conditions.
• Perform analytical and numerical geotechnical calculations for earth structures, foundations, or underground structures.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout project execution, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and recommendations for clients.
• Cooperate within multidisciplinary teams to realize designs involving soil/structure interaction for large infrastructural works.

You Might be a good fit if you

Are passionate about solving complex geotechnical problems, with a hands-on, practical approach. also, you:

• Have studied Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Have 2+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering in the Netherlands or abroad.
• Are skilled in geotechnical design software, such as the D-Series from Deltares and PLAXIS (DIANA is a pre).
• Have completed the CGF1 exam (Further Training in Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering).
• Enjoy working in a collaborative, dynamic, and multicultural team environment.
