Your Role

As a Lead Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative and high-quality engineering designs and consultancy services for advanced infrastructure and underground construction projects. From initiation to execution, you’ll tackle complex design and engineering challenges with precision, ensuring successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end project success, overseeing cost, quality, safety, and planning.
• Manage client relationships, stakeholder engagement, and team performance.
• Lead design and execution alignment, ensuring innovative and practical solutions at all stages.
• Act as a mentor and coach for the specialists within your project team.

You Might be a good fit if you

You are passionate about solving complex civil engineering problems and thrive in a hands-on, practical environment.

• 7–10 years of experience in civil engineering, either in the Netherlands or abroad.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage diverse and multidisciplinary teams and inspire people to achieve innovative solutions.
• Strong sense of responsibility for achieving project goals.
• Expertise in stakeholder management, project planning, and technical design.
